Ruffles was one of the most well known orcas because of his 6ft dorsal fin that was shaped like what some refer to as "ruffles potato chips." He was 60 years old and lived longer than most adult whales. He was last seen and photographed in November 2010. I adopted Ruffles a couple of years ago, and he will be missed.
